Fashion Concierge enables VIP consumers to access exclusive merchandise and to source products from our luxury supply partners via their stylists. Fashion Concierge is used by Farfetch Private Client Styists to source hard-to-find pieces that are not yet available on the Farfetch Marketplace.

- Conducted extensive Research
- Worked closely with cross-functional teams
- Designed low and high-fidelity prototyping
- Refined and improved the product based on data analysis
- Documentation / Guideline creation
